Customer Services Administrator

Salary c.£12.50 -£13.00 PH DOE
McKinty Associates are delighted to be working with a client who as an immediate need for an experienced Customer Services Administrator. Working in a fast-paced engineering/ maintenance environment the successful candidate will join an established team ensuring repair requests are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively ensuring all project works are completed within agreed timescales whilst delivering a first-class service.
Key Duties:
1. Acting as the main point of contact for all customer queries.
2. Answering calls / responding to emails.
3. Providing an exceptional level of customer service.
4. Responsible for the administration for a specific contract(s).
5. Assign work requests to relevant department or subcontractor for action.
6. Ensure customers are kept up to date, ensuring any issues are escalated to management.
7. Maintain and update systems (Databases and CRM system).
8. Typing various documents and electronic information.
9. Accurate filing, record keeping and data entry.
10. Relevant ad hoc duties as required.
Eligibility criteria:
11. Recent experience in an administration position (3 years minimum)
12. Strong academic record including Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above
13. Experience within an engineering/ maintenance /construction environment (Desirable)
14. Computer literate – including strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
15. Good analytical ability with attention to detail
16. Strong Organisational skills
17. Excellent oral and written communication skills
18. Ability to meet deadlines whilst paying particular attention to details
19. Be highly numerate and comfortable working with multiple sources of information
20. Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport
