Raymond Weil is a global, Swiss watchmaking brand, with our UK office based in Manchester city centre.
Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for a bright and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our in-house team.
Whilst some experience is preferred, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing and social media management.
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
* Manage content updates on WordPress and ensure website optimisation.
* Create engaging graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop.
* Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
* Support B2B marketing efforts by conducting market research and competitor analysis.
* Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
* Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings and client pitches.
* Maintain organised records of marketing activities and results using Microsoft Excel.
* Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience or strong interest in marketing, with familiarity in B2B marketing preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using IT tools for various tasks.
* Knowledge of Google Ads and experience in managing online advertising campaigns is advantageous.
* Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
* Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
* Demonstrated organisational skills with effective time management capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration within a diverse group of individuals.
