Warehouse Operative - Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our manufacturing client.
Salary: up to £27,000 (DOE & FLT Licence)
Location: Aylesbury
Contract: Permanent
Hours:Mon- Thurs 9am-5:30pm & Fri 9am-5pm
Duties:
* Receiving and inspecting goods upon arrival including checking quantities and storing in correct location. Checking for damage and missing items.
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately to meet deadlines and to the correct specification.
* Regular stock takes, coordinating stock materials and dealing with any stock discrepancies.
* Re-palletise containers up to 25kg each and move stock around by hand when required.
* Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks.
* Ensuring workplace safety by following Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Previous warehousing experience
* Strong attention to detail,
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Physically able to lift up to 25kg
