Your Responsibilities
* Be a Rituals Expert, part of our in-store management team, providing product expertise and embodying the Rituals feel-good experience.
* Act as a brand ambassador, listening to customer needs and mentoring Rituals Advisors.
* Lead sales efforts, expand your skills in luxury retail and cosmetics, and collaborate with your Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and team members.
* Ensure an excellent customer experience and support your team through mentoring.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience as a supervisor or team leader in retail or hospitality.
* Motivated to achieve performance targets.
* Customer-service oriented with a team-player attitude.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
