GENERAL MANAGER
We're looking for an experienced General Manager to join our talented team at Whistlefish HQ.
General Manager - Cornwall | £60,000 + Performance Bonus | Creative Retail Sector
We're a fast-growing, design-led greeting card company based in Cornwall with a substantial and growing turnover, and a loyal customer base across retail, online, and trade channels. As we expand, we're seeking a strategic and operationally minded General Manager to join our leadership team.
This pivotal role will coordinate operations across our factory, shops, and online platforms-freeing our founder to focus on design and innovation. You'll lead a talented team, streamline processes, and help shape the future of a brand that values creativity, quality, and community.
What You'll Do:
* Lead factory and fulfilment operations
* Support retail teams and seasonal planning
* Drive cross-departmental coordination
* Oversee HR processes and compliance
* Collaborate on financial planning and growth strategy
What You'll Bring:
Proven operational leadership in a multi-channel business
Strong people management and communication skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG preferred
Compensation:
£60,000 base salary and On Target Performance Bonus starting at 10% of base salary
