Are you an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with Autism (ASD)?
We are working with a warm, welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Colchester looking for a dedicated LSA to join their team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a truly inclusive setting, supporting pupils both within the classroom and in a specialist inclusion hub.

The Role
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD
* Work flexibly between the main classroom and inclusion hub
* Support with sensory needs, communication, and emotional regulation
* Help pupils access learning through adapted and engaging activities
* Build strong, trusting relationships to promote stability and progress
* Collaborate closely with teachers and the SEN team

* A calm, patient, and consistent approach to behaviour support
* Confidence working with pupils with varying communication needs
* Understanding of sensory strategies and structured support routines

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
