Description
At N Family Club we’re reimagining early years education, fostering creativity, and preparing children for the modern world. As an Early Years Educator you’ll be the heartbeat of your playroom, nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child in your care.
What you’ll be doing
* Inspire learning through the play‑based N Curriculum
* Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
* Create and implement development‑focused activity plans
* Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children
* Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
* Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
* Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
* Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share ideas
Qualifications
* Experience working with children in an early years environment
* Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
* Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train
* Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
* A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
* A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
* Confident communicator with a love for customer service
