A well-regarded accountancy practice in the Scunthorpe area is seeking an Experienced Accountant / Accounts Senior to join its friendly and knowledgeable team. The role involves preparing accounts and providing a comprehensive accounting and advisory service to a varied portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review statutory and management accounts
* Produce corporation tax computations and returns
* Prepare Self-Assessment tax returns
* Respond to client queries and provide clear, practical support
* Assist with the development of trainee team members through on-the-job training
* Review trainee work, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback
* Ensure work is completed within required timeframes and to a high standard
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience working within an accountancy practice is essential
* Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
* Strong attention xxuwjjq to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a supportive team
