We are actively seeking an Reservations and Events Coordinator who will be responsible for front line communication with clients, co-ordinating Reservations and ensuring that administrative systems and processes are of the highest standard. Your role will involve handling enquiries, processing bookings and dealing efficiently with all associated administration, to deliver an exceptional and memorable guest experience.

The Reservations and Events Coordinator will be responsible for…
 1. Accurately input bedroom reservations for all bookings into the system
 2. To obtain correct details and update guest profiles and in turn look to enhance the guest experience using this information.
 3. The role must ensure that all calls are answered and dealt with within our guidelines
 4. Co-ordination of all bookings wihtin the hotel including conferences, private dining events, group bookings and reservations in line with clients needs and requests
 5. Producing accurate, detailed function sheets
 6. Collating client information to assist in the planning stages of an event
 7. Preparing and delivering show rounds to the hotel standards
 8. Handling telephone enquiries

Are you right for us?
Our ideal Reservations and Events Co-ordinator will have;
 9. Previous experience in a similar role would be highly beneficial 
 10. Previous experience within a hotel environment 
 11. Exceptional organisational skills
 12. A professional and friendly telephone manner
 13. Be able to work well under pressure
 14. A high standard of PC skills
 15. Comfortable in working to their own initiative
 16. Immaculate personal presentation
 17. Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
