Smart Teachers is currently recruiting for a professional, organised, and proactive Administrator to support the TfL Project Guardian initiative—a vital safeguarding project aimed at improving the safety and confidence of young people on public transport. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference.
About the Role:
Providing high-quality administrative support to the Project Guardian team
Coordinating training sessions and workshops with schools, transport partners, and stakeholders
Managing project-related communications, calendars, and documents
Collating feedback, monitoring attendance, and preparing reports
Supporting data entry and maintaining accurate records for compliance
Liaising with school staff, TfL representatives, and external agencies
The Ideal Candidate:
Has previous experience in administration, preferably within education, public service, or safeguarding
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
Is confident using Microsoft Office and online platforms such as Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Can manage multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion
Is DBS-checked or willing to undergo a DBS check
Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
