Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join their Credit Card team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers valuable exposure to banking operations while supporting application processing and client services.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Preparing credit card application packs for review by analysts.
* Assisting clients with digital onboarding, mobile app queries and related services.
* Responding to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Supporting customers with queries relating to credit card transactions.
* Assisting with the investigation and resolution of disputed or fraudulent transactions.
* Completing daily administrative tasks within the credit card team.
* Assisting with the set-up and management of direct debits and cardholder repayments.
* Providing general operational support to analysts as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working within financial services, ideally within a banking or customer service environment. They will demonstrate strong analytical ability alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality customer service are essential.
