Job Description
We are partnering with a multinational listed construction and engineering company in their search for a Finance Assistant within Systems & Controls team. This is a 6 month temporary role offering hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) and a day rate between £125 to £145 per day depending on experience.
As the Finance Assistant, you will be the subject matter expert for administrative processes and controls, which includes setting up, processing and monitoring time sheet entries and reports, producing monthly reconciliations statements and journals, resolving queries to ensure balances are controlled and maintaining data processes, controls and documentation.
The right candidate will have:
* Experience working with Timesheet solutions systems desirable.
* Familiarity with Finance function day-to-day operations.
* Collaboration with stakeholders and working to their deadlines.
* Working with Oracle Enterprise One, or similar ERP system desirable.
