Our client, an innovative beauty packaging company based just outside Glasgow, is now looking for a Sales Coordinator to support their dynamic sales team. This is a key role that will help streamline internal processes, manage new business enquiries, and provide essential admin support-ultimately freeing up the Account Managers and Business Development team to focus on building strategic customer relationships.
The Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries, helping to qualify and allocate them appropriately within the team. You'll also handle a range of day-to-day admin tasks, from managing sample orders and travel arrangements to recording key metrics and preparing meeting notes.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, assess and direct incoming sales enquiries to the appropriate team
* Support new and existing customers with quick-turnaround tasks like online account setup and basic quotes
* Coordinate admin tasks to maximise the efficiency of Account Managers (e.g., meeting notes, sample orders, KPI tracking, travel planning)
* Be a friendly, professional ambassador for the company, particularly via phone and email
About You
You're a natural organiser with a positive, proactive approach. You enjoy variety in your role, communicate clearly, and are comfortable with juggling different priorities. Ideally, you'll have experience in a sales support, coordination or customer service role, and you thrive in team-focused environments.
