We are looking for a hands-on Systems Analyst to join a fast-paced and collaborative business systems team. This role is a great opportunity to step into a position where you will introduce structured analysis and documentation into system projects, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Sales, B2B Commerce, and Warehousing.

The Role -
Act as the first point of analysis for new system initiatives, gathering requirements and mapping processes.
Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and shape solutions before development or configuration begins.
Introduce lightweight analysis discipline into projects while maintaining fast-moving delivery.
Support and optimize ERP and other business systems, including B2B ecommerce and warehouse platforms.
Create clear documentation, workflows, and reporting to improve system adoption and efficiency.
The Requirements -
Hands-on experience with business systems, ERP, or technical support roles.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather and document requirements clearly.
Comfortable working in a pragmatic, fast-paced environment.
SQL or reporting experience is a bonus, along with exposure to ecommerce, warehouse, or distribution systems.
