A rapidly growing project and cost consultancy based in Islington working on residential and living sector projects are looking for an experienced and commercially minded MRICS Senior Project Manager to join their experienced team. The Company that the MRICS Senior Project Manager will join: The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be joining a highly respected project management consultancy that have a strong pipeline of projects in the Residential sector. The Senior Project Manager will be joining a multidisciplinary team of 35+ consultants. The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be working closely alongside the director, associate directors, senior project managers, project managers, commercial managers and building surveyors. The MRICS Senior Project Manager role: The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be experienced in delivering the full lifecycle of schemes which range from purpose built student accommodation, mixed use buildings to build to rent and later living. The Senior Project Manager will build a strong relationship with internal members such as Cost Consultants to ensure that projects are being delivered on time and within budget. The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be expected to deliver schemes with contract values as high as £200m.
