Live-in or Live-out Butler Job, Surrey
An eager, professional and dedicated Butler is required to join a private Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) household based in Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with some experience working in private households to join a friendly and supportive team.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role within UHNW private households, luxury yachts, or high-end hospitality environments such as Michelin-starred or fine dining establishments
2. Demonstrates absolute discretion, confidentiality, and unwavering loyalty • Maintains a high standard of professionalism and immaculate personal presentation at all times
3. Proficient in formal service protocols, including table settings and silver service
4. Skilled in beverage preparation and service, including coffee and basic cocktails
5. Familiar with pantry organisation, stock rotation, and household cleaning standards
6. Confident and courteous when interacting with high-profile principals and VIP guests
7. Exceptionally organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain keen attention to detail
8. Proactive and intuitive, with the ability to anticipate the needs of principals and respond promptly to guest requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
9. Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 GPA depending on experience
Live in or live out: open to both
Working hours: 48 hours per week, 8 hour shifts, with flexibility for weekend availability as needed
