I am looking for a Plumber to work on behalf of a local council in the South Shields area to join a busy planned work's team. The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of plumbing work in domestic properties. The Plumber will receive: £19 - £20 P/H Depending on experience (Umbrella) Long run of work Van provided for work purposes only (able to take the van home) The successful candidate will be expected to complete: Reactive maintenance on domestic properties 2 nd fix plumbing repairs Bathroom rip outs, upgrades and installations. 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week I am really keen in speaking to anyone who has: CSCS card Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience Driving license NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in plumbing If you are looking to take the leap into a new and exciting role, get in touch with Jack on call 0121 274 5610!
