We’re hiring: Project Engineer (Residential / Developer Infrastructure) Chelmsford | Hybrid working (2 days from home) £48k–£58k bonus car / allowance benefits We’re looking for a Project Engineer with a strong developer-side civil engineering background to join a high-performing technical team delivering residential developments from early feasibility through to delivery. You’ll be involved in shaping sites from day one — carrying out due diligence, setting infrastructure strategies, managing external consultants, and ensuring designs are technically sound, compliant and commercially robust.
