We are looking for an enthusiastic Locum GP to join our friendly and supportive team from July 2026 to provide maternity cover for a minimum of 4 months, working 46 sessions per week.
We are a friendly training practice based in a semi-rural area in the heart of Strathearn. Crieff has beautiful rural surroundings and has easy access to Perth, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow. There is a wide diversity of housing, good local schools, excellent recreational facilities.
1. Four friendly, supportive GP partners
2. List size approximately 4000, low deprivation
3. Modern purpose built premises which are shared with another practice
4. A welcoming training practice with a strong teaching ethos
5. Excellent Practice Nursing Team
6. Helpful Administration team
7. First Contact Physio, Primary Care Mental Health Nurse, Advanced Nurse Practitioner team for assistance with urgent home visits, Community Treatment and Care Service and established Pharmacotherapy service
8. Practice Pharmacist, Community Nursing and Health Visiting Team based within our building and access to Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry and Community Mental Health within our adjacent Community Hospital
9. A supportive and collaborative team environment with regular team meetings and daily team coffee
10. Twelve appointments per session, a mix of same day and pre-bookable
11. Own Docman and results
12. No home visits
13. Plenty tea & cakes and opportunities to socialise with the team!
