This is a full-time, long-term position continuing until the end of the academic year. Role Details: - Full-time position - Monday to Friday - Working hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm - Daily rate: £102 - £115 per day - September start - Ongoing until the end of the academic year - Specialist SEN school setting The Role: - Supporting pupils within an EYFS classroom environment. - Working closely with children with a range of special educational needs, including Autism and communication needs. - Assisting with the delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities. - Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and educational development. - Encouraging independence and promoting positive learning experiences. - Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification. - Previous experience working within an EYFS setting. - Experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable. - A patient, caring, and adaptable approach. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - A genuine passion for supporting young children with additional needs.
