Job Title: Strategic Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Crawley – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Reports to: Strategic Sales Manager


Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Strategic Sales Operations Coordinator to support our UK sales team during a period of rapid growth. You will serve as a key link between field sales, internal teams, and head office, ensuring smooth coordination, data accuracy, and effective project management across key accounts, DSOs, and national initiatives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop into strategic account management, with full support and training provided.


Key Responsibilities

* Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details (account numbers, delivery addresses, etc.) are complete
* Act as a backup contact for clients when sales reps are unavailable
* Project Coordination: Manage large-scale client rollouts and strategic accounts, coordinate DSO training schedules and event logistics, liaise with reps to meet deadlines
* Data & Reporting: Gather, clean, analyze sales data, produce reports for managers and leadership, follow up on data inconsistencies
* Lead & Event Follow-Up: Track leads from events and campaigns, distribute leads, monitor progress, coordinate UK-HQ activities, and chase team members for inputs


Skills & Experience

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
* Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
* Confident communicator, comfortable with stakeholder engagement
* Organizational and coordination skills
* Ability to learn technical product information
* Experience in admin, operations, customer service, or sales support roles


Desirable Skills

* Experience in dental, medical device, or technical environments
* Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
* Background in event or training coordination
