In this dynamic role, you'll:
Support daily kitchen operations
Deliver exceptional dishes and guest experiences
Lead with professionalism and uphold the highest food safety standards
Champion Bluestone's values of Genuine Care, True Ownership, and Growing as a Team.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience at Sous Chef level
Love for great food, teamwork, and hospitality
Own transport to/from work
Availability for evenings, weekends, and festive periods
Must have availability across 7 days per week on a rota basis. Various contracted hours available.
