Aviva is currently looking for a dynamic Insurance Performance Manager to join our Retail team.

A bit about the job:
The role of Insurance Performance Manager is within Personal Lines Retail, a major growth area for Aviva, often seen as its ‘shop window’ and the primary touchpoint for customers through advanced digital channels.
We aim to be the number one insurer in the market. To achieve this, we need to stay ahead of competitors by optimizing our pricing and product propositions, with a focus on growing our business and market share significantly.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing proposition strategies to achieve business goals
* Driving strong portfolio performance through ownership and initiatives
* Leading, engaging, influencing, and motivating teams to deliver outcomes
* Analyzing information to make informed decisions and actions
* Fostering a collaborative and creative environment
Skills and Experience we’re looking for:
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the personal lines insurance market
* Natural curiosity and drive to advance the business
* Excellent stakeholder management skills to inspire high performance
* Confidence in challenging the status quo, leading change, and adapting quickly
* Experience managing projects with timely delivery and quality outcomes

* Salary of Circa £50,000 (National) and Circa £60,000 (London), depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
