Job description
Our client, a leading entity in the Defence and Security sector, is currently seeking an Office Manager - Technical Co-ordinator to join their team in Filton, Bristol. This is a 12-month contract position, with full-time on-site working requirements. The successful individual will provide critical administrative support within a highly specialised sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinating technical documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping
* Assisting with administrative tasks related to various submarine projects
* Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth communication
* Scheduling and organising meetings, including logistics and minute-taking
* Maintaining and managing databases and filing systems
* Providing general administrative support as required
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Supporting other project-related activities as needed
Job Requirements:
* Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the Defence and Security sector
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively independently and in a team
* Understanding of project co-ordination and documentation processes
