What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
* Occasionally, you will operate a full store shift independently, being responsible for the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store.
* Ensuring that standards are maintained at a high level to prepare the store for opening and serve customers effectively.
* Managing people, including performance management, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium added to the base salary. Night shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00.

* Comfortable with nightshift work and adaptable to its physical and mental demands, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the team.
* Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational setting.

* Excellent customer service skills and ability to coach teams accordingly.
* Experience in delivering and monitoring KPIs or similar performance metrics.
* Capable of managing employee relations issues, including performance and absence management.
* Comfortable leading operations independently in the absence of senior management.

Essential Criteria:
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and coaching others to do the same.
* Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, motivating others and maintaining smooth operations.
* Operational leadership experience, including responsibility for store operations when senior managers are absent.
* Success in achieving or surpassing KPIs related to sales, customer satisfaction, or colleague engagement.
* Experience managing employee relations, including performance and absence issues.
