Overview
A highly regarded project and cost consultancy based in Baker Street are looking for a commercially aware and experienced Associate Director, who has a background within a construction consultancy and experience running multidisciplinary teams. The Associate Director will be delivering the full lifecycle of schemes in the living sector including PBSA, co-living, build to rent, hotel and later living.
Role and Responsibilities
* Delivering the full lifecycle of schemes, including new build mixed use buildings, hotels, and refurbishment of high end hotels, with contract values ranging between £15m-£85m.
* Managing the pre and post contract stages of multiple schemes.
* Communicating with different stakeholders, clients and external team members.
* Delivering projects and liaising with junior members of the project management division to keep projects on track.
* Reviewing costs regularly to ensure schemes are within budget constraints.
* Leading meetings with stakeholders and clients.
* Ensuring all works are compliant with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
* Experience working for a construction consultancy.
* Knowledge of working within the living sector.
* MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred.
* A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal.
* Driving Licence / Car would be useful.
* Ability to manage schemes simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
