About the role
We are seeking a Part Time Luxury Brand Ambassador for our wonderful Niche & Emerging Brands, Mizensir and Juliette Has a Gun. Mizensir's olfactory creations propose high-end niche fragrances for men, for women and unisex. Juliette has a Gun, a collection of fragrances designed for one who also understands that wearing a signature scent goes far beyond the simple fact of smelling just “nice”... It’s a statement.
This is a part-time role 3 days 22.5 hours per week, to work on our counter in Selfridges W1.
Purpose of the role
As a Luxury Brand Ambassador for our Niche and Emerging Brands, you play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's prestige and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary objective is to share knowledge and passion about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
* Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
* Sales Excellence:
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.
* Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
* Visual Presentation:
Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
Skills/Experiences desired
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
* Passion for the luxury brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
* Passion for fragrance or beauty products is a plus.
