As Electrical Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and reviewing electrical design documentation including MCCs, cable networks, containment, and control philosophies
* Overseeing installation and commissioning of electrical, ICA and automation systems across multiple sites
* Ensuring compliance with British, ISO and client standards, including Health & Safety regulations
* Conducting inspections, FATs and iFATs, and coordinating certification processes
* Collaborating with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project delivery
* Supporting continuous improvement and operational needs within the branch office
As Electrical Design Engineer, your experience will include:
* A degree, HND or HNC in Engineering, Science or similar
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within utilities or M&E engineering
* Strong background in industrial electrical and ICA design, including MCC/Electrical Panel design and documentation
* Familiarity with LV/ELV systems, relay logic and instrumentation
* Willingness to travel regionally and nationwide (including overnight stays), and to the EPS Group headquarters in Ireland as required
* Full UK driving licence — any existing endorsements must be declared in the application
