Overview
Position summary and responsibilities align with maintaining operations, delivering member service, and supporting store assets and people. This role includes customer interaction, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
What you’ll do
* Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with company policies by handling returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
* Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
* Support self-checkout operations by resolving member issues, promoting products and services, guiding customers on self-service technology, and processing purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
* Assist with safeguarding Sam’s Club assets by observing potential security concerns, maintaining paperwork and logs, executing emergency procedures, and ensuring safety compliance.
* Contribute to training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, new technologies, program rollouts, and process improvements.
* Adhere to company policies, Open Door Policy, and ethical standards while executing business processes.
* Plan and complete tasks by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and colleagues; manage priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.
* Participate in company benefit programs and related trainings as part of employment at Sam’s Club.

Qualifications
