This position requires a strong command of CRM architecture, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights that elevate commercial performance. The successful candidate will oversee the integrity and strategic utilisation of the company’s data ecosystem, ensuring that CRM processes, lead management workflows, and reporting structures operate to the highest possible standard. By collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will ensure operational alignment across teams and contribute significantly to the effectiveness and scalability of our revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
The CRM Data Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall design, development, and ongoing optimisation of our CRM framework, ensuring the system remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. This includes managing CRM architecture, lifecycle stages, automation workflows, reporting structures, and governance policies. The role involves leading the implementation and adoption of CRM capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance. A core aspect of the role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures that formalise and scale internal processes. You will streamline cross-departmental workflows, eliminate operational inefficiencies, and introduce automation solutions that support organisational growth. The position also encompasses complete responsibility for lead processing and data quality management, including the cleansing, validation, enrichment, and categorisation of data across all pipelines. You will produce and maintain dashboards that provide insight into revenue performance, customer behaviour, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
In partnership with the VP of Experience, the CRO/Sales, CFO, and CEO, you will support the execution of revenue strategies that strengthen forecasting, pipeline progression, retention rates, and opportunities for upsell. The role requires the ability to present data-driven insights that inform commercial decision-making and improve organisational performance. You will regularly conduct CRM audits, monitor data integrity, assess system performance, and identify opportunities for improvement across the revenue engine. Your recommendations will play a central role in ensuring that Trade Mastermind remains operationally aligned, scalable, and efficient.
Candidate Profile & Required Experience
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in managing, improving, and scaling CRM systems, with particular preference for individuals with expertise in HubSpot or Entrepot. You should bring a background in SaaS, education, coaching, or other high-volume operational environments where data governance and CRM structure are critical to revenue performance. A strong understanding of Revenue Operations is essential, including pipeline design, automation, reporting, and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance.
You will excel in transforming informal processes into structured, repeatable systems and possess an analytical mindset capable of designing dashboards, interpreting performance metrics, and maintaining data accuracy. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-oriented, and confident operating in a dynamic, fast-moving, high-growth environment.
