Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store, while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
Often, you will manage a full store operation during the night, taking responsibility for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
Ensuring that standards are maintained at a high level by morning to prepare the store for customer service.
People management is a key aspect, including managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
