Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager (UK & International) located in Altrincham. The Account Manager will manage and develop strong relationships with retail and distribution partners in the UK and internationally. Responsibilities include driving sales, monitoring account performance, managing international expansion efforts, and presenting ORDO products to potential and current clients.

We’re looking for the right individual who can manage / support the team with our existing customers and identify new opportunities to supercharge our retail growth over the next few years.
Responsibilities
· Business Development - Generate customer leads for potential distribution and retail partners, including attending trade shows/events. Create and deliver compelling pitches to prospective retailers/distributors in the UK and Internationally.
· Account Management - Manage relationships with major retail account - UK and International Customers and Distributors.
· Promotion and Pricing Strategy - Design, deliver and execute Joint Business Plans with our key retail partners to meet agreed on performance targets and drive growth Develop the promotion and pricing strategy across retail and distribution accounts.
· Marketing Plans - Work alongside Marketing department to plan and execute shopper marketing plans to grow brand presence and drive retailer sales performance
· NPD Pipeline - Identify opportunities in the market to develop Ordo’s retail range and collaborate with the product team to bring new products to market.
· New Business - Identify territories and distributors to work with that will support our growth ambitions and become our partners
· Data Analysis & Insight - Conduct sales data analysis to monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth.
· Sales & Stock Forecasting - Work with finance and operations to develop sales forecasts across B2B accounts.
About you
* Strong account management, client relationship building, and customer service skills
* Proficiency in sales and business development strategies, with a proven ability to meet targets and deadlines
* Knowledge of market research, strategy planning, and international business operations
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Experience in or knowledge of the oral care industry or FMCG sector would be an advantage
* Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and manage international accounts
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
