£72,000 OTE + share options in a fast growing business.

Caddi Club is \"The Golf Club on Your Doorstep.\" We've taken golf out of the countryside and brought it to your neighbourhood — premium indoor golf venues across four prime London locations, powered by TrackMan technology, with bars, restaurants, and a growing community of members who love the game.


Our mission is simple: To Make People Smile (even while holding a golf club)


Everything we do — from our simulator bays and coaching programmes to our food, drink, and events — is built around bringing people together and giving them the best time possible. We do that by living four values every day: Quality, Accessibility, Community, and Trust.


We currently operate four venues across London, including the largest indoor golf venue of its kind in the UK. Over the next four years, we're opening another eight — giving the right person real upside, genuine ownership through share options, and the chance to be part of a fast-growing business that's changing the game of golf.


The Role

We're hiring a Head of Operations to own the performance of every Caddi Club venue. You'll report directly to the Founder & CEO.


The CEO's focus is growth — new sites, new revenue lines, strategic direction.


Your focus is making sure every venue already open is commercially strong, operationally tight, and delivering on our mission. Every single day.


This is hands-on leadership, not a desk job with a nice title. You'll be in venues, you'll know the teams, and you'll own the numbers.


What You'll Own

* Commercial performance across all sites — revenue, margins, labour, and COGS
* People management — hiring, developing, and holding site managers and their teams accountable
* Member experience and service consistency — protecting the quality our members expect and the community they've joined
* F&B programme quality — menu engineering, supplier negotiations, and stock management
* Systems, SOPs, and quality frameworks that scale as we grow
* Operational reporting that gives the CEO clean, reliable data without being chased
* Execution — turning strategic decisions into action with clear timelines
* Facilities, tech (TrackMan simulators), health & safety, and licensing compliance


Who You Are

You've run multi-site operations in hospitality, leisure, or a comparable premium environment. You know what good looks like and you know how to build the systems that deliver it repeatedly.

You're commercially sharp. You spot where revenue is being left on the table and you do something about it. You don't wait to be told — you see the problem, build the plan, and drive it through.

You hold people accountable — not with paperwork designed to avoid confrontation, but directly, with clarity, fairness, and follow-through. When someone's underperforming, you address it. When someone's excelling, they know it.

You care about quality because you understand that's what earns trust — from members, from teams, and from the business. You build processes that get followed because they make sense, not because you've mandated them.

You believe golf should be accessible to everyone, and you're excited about building a community that reflects that — not a stuffy members' club, but a place people genuinely want to be.

You're comfortable working with a founder who communicates directly, moves quickly, and expects follow-through. You see that as clarity, not pressure.

You avoid difficult conversations. You need to be told what to do rather than figuring it out. You see operational detail as beneath you. You'd rather document a problem than solve it. You struggle when things change quickly.
