Role: Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday Pay: £55-60k Duties To manage the inspectors including dealing with poor surveys To manage the Field staff assigned (Installers, apprentices, builders, wet workers), inc using post inspection information and tracker information To run regular Activity Appointment reports on those operatives assigned and review To deal with sickness and holiday requests for all staff assigned Weekly inspections on Installers – block 2 mornings per week for un-announced visits Assist with the management of 1 off install projects Sign off wages and timesheets for all staff assigned and deal with queries Attend Client meetings when needed The successful candidate will have Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer (holding current ACS qualification) Previous Area Manager experience preferably from a social housing/construction background Able to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service Highly proficient in MS Office, in particular Outlook and Excel Good written and verbal communication skills Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills What we can offer you We offer a range of benefits designed to support your lifestyle whilst working for Sureserve and outside of work, some of these include: Competitive salary Contributory Pension scheme Life assurance 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, rising 1 per year of service to a max of 33 days Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption leave, and other family friendly policies such as carer’s leave, neonatal leave, IVF, and assisted conception leave.
