Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
3. Process customer orders, returns, invoices, and handle general enquiries.
4. Support administration for distributors and wholesalers in the UK and Ireland.
5. Assist with stock control, reconciliation, and compliance checks.
6. Coordinate deliveries from overseas and liaise with logistics and quality teams.
7. Ensure GDP compliance, including involvement in product recalls.
8. Set up new customers and maintain accurate system data.
9. Provide support during colleague absences and help resolve stock issues.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would have:
10. Proven experience in a similar role and be available for an ASAP start.
