Marketing Executive My client is a leading organisation based in Ballymena, that undertake a wide range of projects from the construction of bespoke homes to major hotels. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position. Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm With a salary of £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Job Purpose: You will be responsible for executing a variety of marketing activities in line with the Company's marketing plan. Tasks will include digital marketing, event planning, content creation and building brand awareness. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 2 years recent experience working in a B2B marketing role. A Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline. IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Office packages to include PowerPoint. Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools. Proficient in the use of digital tools such as Mailchimp, Canva and Google Analytics. Proven ability of building brand awareness and engagement. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Hold a full and valid UK driving licence to allow for travel across sites and events. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a strategic marketing plan to raise awareness of the company through both digital and traditional channels. Collaborate with internal departments to support their marketing needs. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and client feedback; use findings to continuously improve ongoing marketing efforts. Provide monthly reports to management on marketing performance and recommend improvements to enhance engagement. Enhance online presence and brand awareness through planned, regular and relevant content on the company website and social media channels. Create appropriate and engaging content for the social media channels to include text, image & video, scheduling content at optimum times to gain maximum impact. Update website content and news articles to ensure content is fresh and relevant. Maximise website traffic using SEO and other initiatives. Liaise with local media channels to promote local good news stories. Create and distribute regular project and staff e-newsletters to aid communications. Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across the company and all branded material. Maintain a portfolio of stock images to be used on branded material. Liaise with external partners, including design agencies, printers and suppliers to create signage, merchandise and other branded material. Support the Contracts Team with promotional material and other initiatives to meet the companies' commitments under the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS), social values, BREEAM and/or other standards set by clients on specific projects. Coordinate the planning, promotion and delivery of internal and external events.
