Location: Andover
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Hours: Mon-Thu 8am-4:45pm, Fri to 3:30pm

Overview
We're partnering with a respected precision engineering company in Andover seeking an experienced CNC Turner with strong Fanuc programming skills—and ideally experience with 2-axis machines, G-codes, and M-codes. If you're a detail-focused machinist passionate about producing top-quality components, join their skilled team on challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities
Programme, set, and operate CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls (2-axis experience with G & M codes highly desirable).
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Select and set tooling and work-holding devices.
Perform first-off and in-process inspections to tight tolerances.
Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards.
Keep work area clean, safe, and organised.
Work independently or collaboratively to support continuous improvement.Essential Requirements
Proven CNC Turner experience.
Fanuc programming, including 2-axis operations, G-codes, and M-codes.
Ability to machine steel, aluminium, stainless steel, and other materials.
Strong understanding of tooling, machining principles, and tight-tolerance work.
