A cutting edge BioTech organisation experiencing rapid growth
Role
* Support with commercial and employment contracts across the business
* Oversee legal risk management and compliance
* Draft and review a wide range of commercialagreements
* Advise on IP, privacy and data protection matters
You
* c. 2-4 years PQE with strong experience of commercial agreements
* Private practice/in house/mixed background all welcomed
* A good understanding of IP ownership and licensing
* Biotech/pharma/medtech or general technology experience an advantage
* Pragmatic and commercially focused with excellent interpersonal skills
