Hybrid Customer Sales Advisor
Minimum Requirements: 1 years targeted sales experience within the last 3 years.
Location: Hybrid, Central Nottingham location close to great transport links .
Competitive salary and bonus: £23,000 plus average bonus earning potential of £5,040 per annum. Uncapped bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Start dates: 20th May 2024

The role you'll do:
This position is in one of our Sky Inbound sales teams, meaning that you'll be the first point of contact for customers who call in for help with their Sky equipment. You will represent and promote this well-known household brand, making our customers aware of the Sky Protect Device Insurance product they can purchase, for added peace of mind.
The Sky Inbound department is a lively, energetic, fun sales driven environment, focused on delivering great sales performance through excellent customer service. Day-to-day, you'll:
1. Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first.
2. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
3. Use your brilliant sales and communication skills to upsell products that provide peace of mind.

What else to expect:
15. In a 3-week remotetraining programme (Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 17:30) you'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique and learn what makes a great customer experience
16. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (rotational shift patterns between the hours of 8am to 8pm). You would be working 1 full weekend and 1 Saturday's on a 5-week rotational schedule.

The experience and skills you need:
19. 1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
20. A background in targeted sales and customer service
21. A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targets
22. Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
23. A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
24. Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
