Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Warwickshire | Up to £570 per week
Location: Warwickshire School
Start Date: Immediate or September 2025

Whether you see your future in teaching, educational psychology, therapy, or specialist SEN support, this role offers invaluable hands-on experience in a nurturing, inclusive school environment. We’re partnering with a welcoming Warwickshire school to recruit a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant who will provide essential academic, emotional, and social support to pupils with additional needs.

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – What’s on Offer:

* Earn up to £570 per week (term-time only)
* Start date: Immediate or September 2025
* Monday to Friday – full-time, long-term role
* Opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ education and wellbeing
* Support pupils with a variety of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and SEMH

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Your Role:

* Provide 1:1 and small group academic and pastoral support
* Create a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
* Adapt lesson materials to match individual learning styles and abilities
* Build positive relationships to foster independence, self-confidence, and resilience
* Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCo, and external specialists
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and mental health development

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Ideal Candidate:

* A 2:1 degree or above in any subject (Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred)
* Strong commitment to inclusive education and pupil progress
* Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with young people (mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is beneficial
* Patient, proactive, and dedicated to making a meaningful impact
