* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN
* Help to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes progress and well-being
* Collaborate with staff, parents/carers and external professionals to support pupil development
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience supporting children with special educational needs (in a school or similar setting)
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with children
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or SEN training) are desirable but not essential if you have strong experience and a willingness to learn.
