Duties:
7. Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and develop exciting menus that reflect current food trends.
8. Contribute to all areas of food production while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
9. Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
10. Gather valuable feedback from customers to continuously measure and improve our success.
11. Commit to personal and professional growth by attending workshops and industry forums.
Requirements:
12. Relevant experience in a similar-sized operation, with a minimum of 2 years in a kitchen environment.
13. Culinary qualifications such as C & G 1 & 2, NVQ, or equivalent.
14. Food Safety and Health and Safety certificates at level 2.
15. A solid understanding of COSHH and HACCP regulations.
16. Basic kitchen management skills with a desire to learn and grow.
17. A strong customer focus and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
