Responsibilities
1. Designswireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, adhering to usability best practices and accessibility standards
2. Leads the creation and use of journey and process maps to help prioritise and guide design direction
3. Facilitates user research and usability testing to inform design decisions andvalidateconcepts
4. Works with wider project team toestablishvalue of UX design as a discipline
5. Analyse user feedback and usage data toidentifyareas for improvement
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
7. Advocate for best practices in UX and accessibility throughout the product development lifecycle
Required Skills and Experience
8. Proven experience designing for enterprise software or SaaS solutions
9. Understanding of information architecture, interactiondesignand visual design principles
10. Strong portfoliodemonstratingexpertisein UX design, including research, interaction design, and visual design
11. Proficiencywith design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
12. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present designs and rationale to stakeholders.
Desirable
13. Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies
14. Knowledge of Workday product architecture
15. Knowledge of IT General Controls
16. Ability to balance businessobjectiveswith user needs to deliver high-quality solutions.
