Key Responsibilities for the English Teacher in Grays:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in English Language and Literature
* Teach Key Stage 3 and 4, with opportunities for KS5 depending on experience
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning
* Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Contribute to curriculum development and literacy-focused initiatives
* Participate in department and whole-school planning and events
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching standards
