Overview
Swindon – Qualified Social Worker – Family Safeguarding - £46.10. Must be able to attend the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Undertake comprehensive assessments including parenting assessments in a timely way to inform development of outcome focused care plans with Children and their Families.
* Undertake care proceedings within the court, both private and public.
* Initiate and complete within court timescales and achieve permanency plans for children including adoption.
* Understand and respond to complexity of risks and are required to evidence on records, including providing analysis of their interventions with children and families.
Note: Candidates living 50+ miles from Swindon are entitled to claim a flat rate of £100 per week to use towards accommodation or mileage.

Essential Requirements
* Degree/Masters in Social Work and SWE registration.
* 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
* Strong knowledge of UK social care legislation and practice.
* Right to work in UK
