The Role Contracted to 40hrs per week Monday to Friday, based in our Midsomer Norton Head Office. As our Junior IT Engineer, you'll be part of a small but dynamic IT team providing first-line support to the business, support colleagues via our helpdesk. You'll also help maintain and improve our IT infrastructure, support project delivery, and ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently as we scale. What You'll Be Doing Providing first-line IT support Manage and escalate tickets appropriately, maintaining clear communication with the user Setting up and maintaining hardware, software, and upgrades in line with Bridges IT roadmap Assisting in IT projects Assist with account management, permissions, and security monitoring At Bridges we are more than Engineers. You'll be a proactive team player, able to adapt quickly and deliver great service.
