What We’re Looking For
* A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
* Experience working in a senior or lead support role (preferred)
* Driver with access to your own vehicle preferred (due to varied shift locations)
* A genuine passion for promoting independence, dignity, and choice
* Reliable, professional, and flexible with working patterns
* Confidence supporting individuals with varying levels of need, including complex behaviours
* Ability to support staff, act as a positive role model, and follow care plans accurately
