Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within industrial premises. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are presentable and conducive to a productive work atmosphere. A background in commercial cleaning is advantageous, as it will enhance your ability to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
Hours are 3 per week
Tuesday 7.30am am
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition.
Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Experience
Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
