This is an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Service Engineer to join the team at Nationwide Platforms.
As a Mobile Service Engineer, you'll visit various customer sites within West London and surrounding areas, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and inspections on powered access machines to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:
* Fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of powered access equipment within the depot and on customer sites.
* Routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
* Completing all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
* Refurbishing equipment and products where necessary.
* Promoting teamwork across depots to ensure effective workshop performance.
* Estimating and advising on repair costs, and providing recommendations regarding damage, write-offs, and recharges to customers.
* Ensuring the van is always stocked with spare parts.
* Maintaining and updating service records and daily worksheets.
* Adhering to Health & Safety guidelines at work.
* Following damage processes and highlighting product damage.
* Maximizing productivity in line with company targets.
* Representing the company professionally and maintaining a positive image.
* Leading safety initiatives such as ‘Your Safety is our Priority’.
* Performing other duties as required.
About you:
* Relevant maintenance qualification and experience in the plant rental sector preferred.
* Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
* Good interpersonal skills and understanding of excellent customer service.
