Responsibilities
* Manage costs and income across your area of responsibility.
* Support with measuring, recording and valuing work in line with rules and procedures.
* Prepare cost reconciliation statements and assist with financial reporting.
* Engage with and manage our supply chain.
* Support procurement activities and document control.
* Use Balfour Beatty’s ERP and digital systems to track, analyse and present commercial data.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues, supply chain partners and clients to ensure projects meet commercial, legal and quality standards.
Qualifications
* BSc in Quantity Surveying (or working towards one).
* Valid CSCS card (Academically Qualified).
* Strong interest in achieving professional membership with RICS, ICES or CIOB.
* Good communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
